This page explains how to delete your account on Beteseb Connect (website betesebconnect.com and the Beteseb Connect Android app), operated by ETHAN & JR FINANCIAL GROUP LLC. You can delete your account at any time.
This permanently removes your account right away.
Email support@betesebconnect.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". You can also use the Contact page. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account from someone else deleting it. We aim to complete verified requests promptly, and within the time required by applicable law.
Your login, profile, photos, voice introduction, Purpose Profile answers, connections, connection requests, blocks and messages you sent.
Some limited information may be kept where needed for security, fraud prevention, moderation, transactions, legal or regulatory reasons — for example billing records required by law (unlinked from your account) and safety reports that protect other members. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account in the app cancels a membership bought on our website. It does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play — cancel that first in the Google Play Store app: Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
