1. Adults 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You confirm your age at sign-up and provide your date of birth, which is checked against an 18+ minimum. We do not otherwise verify your age.
2. Your account
You agree to give accurate information about yourself, to keep your password private, and not to impersonate anyone. You must confirm your email address before your profile appears in Discover or you can send requests or messages.
3. No guarantee about other members
Beteseb Connect does not verify the identity, background, marital status, intentions, or behavior of any member. We do not run identity, criminal, or background checks. Connections are made at your own risk and you are responsible for your own decisions and meetings.
4. Prohibited behavior
You may not use Beteseb Connect for impersonation, harassment, hate, threats, stalking, fraud, requests for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank details or passwords, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, content involving minors, doxxing, or spam. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report any member with a reason and optional details, and block any member immediately. Reports are private. A single report does not automatically remove an account. We may investigate and take action, but do not promise a response time.
6. Our right to restrict or remove accounts
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove any account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we believe there is a risk to members. We may do this without notice.
7. Membership and billing
Beteseb Founding Member costs $14.99 USD per month and renews monthly until you cancel it in Billing inside your account. Canceling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments and card details are handled by our payment provider; Beteseb Connect never stores your card details. Membership unlocks unlimited connection requests, viewing incoming connection requests, and private messaging after a connection is mutually accepted. It does not promise any match or other outcome.
8. Content you upload
You keep ownership of your photos and words, and you grant us permission to display them within the service so other members can see your profile. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through Billing at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the paid period. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
10. Service provided as-is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beteseb Connect is provided as-is and as available, without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, member conduct, safety, outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or misuse.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beteseb Connect and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for member conduct, meetings, content, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Beteseb Connect and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
13. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt an informal resolution for 30 days. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Howard County, Maryland. This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small-claims court.
14. Account and data requests
You can delete your account in Settings. For data access, correction, or deletion requests, use Contact / Support. Some limited safety, security, billing, or legal records may be retained where necessary and permitted by law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change requires renewed consent, access to relevant member features may pause until you accept the current version.
