Member Standards

Our standard

Every member is expected to act with faith, respect, honesty, consent, and privacy. Members are responsible for their own conduct, choices, and interactions.

Who can be here

Beteseb Connect is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

How we expect members to treat each other

Be honest about who you are, speak with respect, and accept a no gracefully. Messaging is only possible after both people accept a connection request.

Strictly prohibited

The following will lead to restriction, suspension, or permanent removal:

• Any content involving a minor, or sexual content involving minors
• Sexual exploitation, solicitation, or trafficking of any kind
• Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent
• Threats, stalking, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or blackmail
• Fraud, scams, requests for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank details, or passwords
• Impersonating another person, or creating a false identity
• Sharing private information — yours or someone else's — without permission
• Spam, bulk messaging, and commercial solicitation
• Explicit sexual content or unwanted sexual communication

Photos and uploads

Profile photos must show you, must not contain nudity or sexual content, and must not include another person's private information. We accept JPG, PNG, and WEBP images up to 8MB. Other file types are rejected. Photos are not reviewed by a human before they appear — if you see something wrong, report it.

Reporting and blocking

Any profile or conversation can be reported with a reason and optional details. Reports are private and are never shown to the reported member. Blocking is immediate: blocked members cannot see each other in Discover, cannot send requests, and cannot message. The blocked person is not notified.

What happens after a report

A single report does not automatically remove an account. Reports are stored privately with the surrounding context. We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account that violates these standards. We do not promise a review or response time.

What we cannot promise

We cannot verify that a member is who they say they are, and we cannot guarantee anyone's intentions or behavior. Use your own judgment, meet in public places, and tell someone you trust where you are going.
